| Group I Coffee:
Group I Coffee: Arabica good cup, fine cup and (cereja). Coffee cultivated in the regions of Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Paraná. Have a sweet and soft flavor, the main buyers are the USA and Japan. |

Group II Coffee: Arábica Rio Minas. Coffee cultivated in the regions of Minas Gerais (Zona da Mata) and Espírito Santo. They have a strong flavor and are generally sold to countries of the Middle East and Europe. |

Conilon or Robusta: Coffee cultivated in the regions of Espírito Santo, Rondônia and south of Bahia. They have a distinct neutral taste and it’s usually sold to all over the world, specially for its neutral taste allowing to be mixed to Arabica and also usually having a lower price. |
